Hilary Weeks's New Video

Most of you know I'm a huge fan of Stephanie Nielson, author of the blog NieNie Dialogues. I had a friend share Hilary Week's new music video with me today that features Stephanie and her family and I wondered if any of you know the story of the 2nd woman in the video.  I was touched by the music and the inspirational lives these women are leading by overcoming their trials and sharing their testimonies with countless others.  I hope you are touched as well.

Em--I DO know who the second woman is. Her name is Mariama Kallon. I saw her speak at Time Out for Women this year in Logan. She is truly an elect daughter of God. She was raised in Sierra Leone, and saw her sister brutally killed, not to mention a slew of other horrible things that happened. She joined the Church and served her mission in Temple Square.

She has the most beautiful, bubbly personality. I believe she has a book out. You should definitely put it on your Christmas list! If you ever get the chance to hear her speak, GO! GO! GO! Do whatever it takes to get there.
